New Boba Fett Spot Shows Tosche Station Looking Just Like Deleted Scenes From A New Hope

The Book Of Boba Fett Mysterious Wookiee Explained SPOILERS

This new Boba Fett spot shows Tosche Station looking just like the deleted scenes from A New Hope. The spot below is called The Return and whilst it features a little more of what we have seen already. However eagle eyed fans have noticed that one of the shots in the spot shows Fett walking into Tosche Station on Tatooine. How do we know this? Because the set looks exactly like Tosche Station looked in the famous deleted scenes from A New Hope back in 1976.

Check out the spot below.

Below you will see an image from one of those deleted scenes from A New Hope. It’s easy to spot the same location in the trailer.

New Boba Fett Spot Shows Tosche Station Looking Just Like Deleted Scenes From A New Hope

Famously there was a whole scene shot in A New Hope where Luke actually went to Tosche Station and met up with his friends. These scenes were to introduce audiences to Biggs who shows up as a Rebel pilot at the end. Whilst in the Special Editions director George Lucas added back in some Biggs scenes he never put the Tosche Station scene back in any version. It’s therefore surprising that the creators of The Book of Boba Fett chose to duplicate this set so accurately for the show. The vast majority of Star Wars fans won’t even notice the effort that’s gone into this. But we do.

Given that Tosche Station is likely in one scene within The Book of Boba Fett I think it’s impressive. It would have been far easier to call it anything else and not have to match the designs. This is a nice little touch.

What do you think of this new Boba Fett spot The Return. Are you impress with how accurate Tosche Station is to the deleted scenes from A New Hope? As always, leave any thoughts below
