The Barside Buzz has been in full swing across this New Years weekend. So, let’s do a Marvel rumors roundup of all the best leaks and rumors. In this article we we will be sharing rumors from a a variety of different sources, so let’s get to it.

Most active by far has been MTTSH, who has some intriguing hints about The Kang Dynasty and Secret Wars to share.

First off, the leaker claims that the Beyonder will be the main villain of Secret Wars. However, that the Beyonder in the MCU will be another Kang variant. That is certainly a big change from the comics, but also makes a lot of sense.

She also claims that dialogue from Quantumania hints that Kang will fight Thor. Likely in one of the upcoming Avengers movies.

Secret Wars rumors just keep on coming.

This is how they plan to make Secret Wars work without making it a 4 hour movie.

Kang Dynasty will have the "New Avengers" as the leads. While Secret Wars will mostly be from the point of view and will focus on the heroes from the other universes.

One could assume the team of new Avengers perhaps is defeated? Therefore, this is a different multiversal team that has to fix things in Secret Wars? As for who might be in that multiversal team? Well, we’ve heard rumors that RDJ returns as Tony Stark already, see related section below. However MTTSH also claims we’ll be a getting one team up we never imagined we would see on screen.

Yes Tobey Maguire and Hugh Jackman will meet and fight alongside each other in Secret Wars

Both have either appeared or will definitely appear in MCU movies. Therefore this rumor isn’t that big of a stretch I guess? Interesting! However Secret Wars is still years away and there’s a couple rumors that are a bit more imminent for the MCU.

2023 Movies

Leaker The Watcher claims that one movie this year will see a major incursion form another Universe within it that will really change that movie up.

Incursions are going to look absolutely terrifying in live action. One of this year's movies grinds to a halt when one starts.

Which movie that is, the insider is not saying. However fans are already speculating that it could be any of the upcoming movies in 2023 now we are deep in the Multiverse Saga.

One film we know coming this year is The Marvels. Insider, and friend of LRM, BSL says so far reactions to that movie are extremely positive he’s hearing.

I've heard that the buzz internally is positive. I'm fully expecting this to be a surprise hit for Marvel and one of Phase 5's best projects.

I hope this is true wen it comes to the fan reaction as well. I feel like after Captain Marvel being a bit naff, The Marvels needs to be a hit and I hope it is.

For now of course we must treat all these rumors with a dose of sodium. However all three insiders here have come through before and have good hit rates for Marvel. Therefore this information is very likely legit even if some of it may be subjective. As for Secret Wars, we are so far out, I think Marvel could make changes before it shoots, so this may be early ideas for now.

If we look at some of MTTSH misses in the past, many have been proved correct at time of publishing after the fact, and that changes were made during production. I therefore have no doubt this is the current plan. I’m just saying when it comes to shoot the movie, details could be shifted. I mean what if Maguire suddenly demands 2 Billion to appear or something mental? Chances are Maguire is already signed up. However this is merely an example that things can and will change from storyboards to screen for various reasons.
