Amazon Prime Video’s The Wilds is one cruel psychological experiment. Executive producers Sarah Streicher and Amy Harris crafted a captivating story of a survival experiment of an unwilling group of girls on a deserted island. In season two, The Wilds team introduces a control group of boys on another island while the girls slowly unravel their situation.

LRM Online’s Gig Patta participated in a roundtable interview with the show’s creator and executive producer Sara Streicher along with showrunner and executive producer Amy Harris. During this discussion, we talked about the differences in sexes for the social experiment.

Sarah Streicher created The Wilds series for Amazon Prime Video. She was a staff writer for Marvel’s Daredevil which became a sensation for Netflix and now streaming on Disney+. Also, she was one of the contributing writers for Disney-Pixar’s animated film Turning Red.

Amy Harris is the showrunner for Amazon Prime Video’s The Wilds. She is best known for being a producer and writer for notable shows, including Sex and the City and The Carrie Diaries. Her other series contributions in various capacities, including Designated Survivor, Wicked City, The Comeback, and Gossip Girl.

The Wilds season two premieres on Prime Video this Friday, May 6.
