Today we are sharing some promo art for The Leader in Captain America: Brave New World, plus an artistic impression of a Wolverine & Deadpool variant. Both images ultimately came from CWGST on their subscription service. However, both were reposted by another social media account, which we can share below.
We’ll start with The Leader aka Samuel Sterns played by Tim Blake Nelson in Captain America: Brave New World. We’ve had some teases from Blake Nelson about his look in the movie. Now the image below could give us out first real look if legit.

I cannot tell whether Sterns skin is a light shade of green, or that’s just a green filter on the image. Either way I think we can see Sterns doesn’t look as non-Human as he does in the comics. He does have a rather enlarged forehead though. One can hope that as he experiments more upon himself he will become less and less ‘Human’. As always, we need to see the character in a trailer to really get a proper look.

We also have a clam by Toast that there will be a Wolverine & Deadpool variant that is seen within the Deadpool & Wolverine movie. This variant we don’t have an image of, but the drawing is as described by someone who claims to have seen it. As you can guess it is as if someone merged both characters into one.

Poolverine is an interesting name, however I think we need to wait and see how this comes about in the film. We know from set images and the trailer that there are variants of both Deadpool and Wolverine in the movie. I guess it makes sense that in one Universe the characters are the same.
Though, since Deadpool just has the same powers as Wolverine but without the Adamantium skeleton, is it really anything but Wolverine in a suit? Guess we will find out?
