While we all have loved what Marvel Studios has done on the big screen, I think a lot of us are itching to see what they’ll do on the small screen. Netflix’s The Defenders gave us a tiny taste of what a small screen team-up would be like, but its ties to the MCU were tenuous, at best, and their budgets didn’t reflect their overall ambition.

There are a ton of shows that have already been announced, but one interesting one is that of Moon Knight, a character that fans have been wanting an adaptation of for years. As of right now, we have very little details on what his adventures will entail, but now we have a rumor that points to a horror-centric theme.

According to Daniel Richtman on his Patreon (via CBR), characters Werewolf by Night and Dracula will appear in the series. We don’t know the context of it or even if the studio is far enough along in the process that this won’t be changed down the line, but Richtman has a solid track record, so it is worth reporting.

If true, this would open up a whole new door to the MCU, potentially connecting Moon Knight to properties like Blade and Doctor Strange, both of whom have had run-ins with Dracula in the comics. It would certainly be a weird cross between comic book and gothic horror that hasn’t been seen in a good while.
