It appears as if Spider-Man 3 will begin filming next week in New York City. The film is thought to have a working title of, “Serenity Now,” (a great Seinfeld reference). Which just so happens to be the title listed on a NO PARKING notice asking citizens to move their vehicles by October 16. Since no official word has come down from the powers that be, here’s a grain of salt for everyone. However,  this unverified information seems much more likely to be confirmed than most rumors that make their way around the movie news world.

I mean what are the odds of two projects with the same working title that will be shooting in New York? I have no idea, but whether they’re good or bad I know not to mention them to Han Solo. Anyway, I love Tom Holland as Spidey, I like his version and portrayal of the character best. Yes, it also helps that his Spider-Man has been reunited with his formerly estranged Marvel family.

Another juicy piece of gossip I heard about Spider-Man 3 was that Peter Parker may go universe hopping, and we could see other versions of Spider-Man, just like in Spiderverse, but the live-action version, which according to the rumor could feature Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield. That would kick all kinds of ass if true.  And even if turns out to just be gossip, we can all be glad that Sony ad Marvel came to terms on a new deal and that we’ll be getting more Spidey in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
