Aspiring filmmakers will have a chance to work with Anthony and Joe Russo as part of a returning competition from their indie film company AGBO in “No Sleep ‘til Film Fest.”

The virtual festival opens for worldwide submissions from September 29th through October 1st, with a creative prompt released online on September 29th at 5 p.m. PT. The filmmakers will have 48 hours to create and submit their three-minute or less films based on the prompt by 5 p.m. PT on October 1^st.

The winners will be announced on November 8^th.  The panel of judges includes AGBO co-founders Anthony and Joe Russo, chief creative officer Angela Russo-Otstot, chief innovation officer Jake Aust, chief marketing officer Koltai-Levine, president of film Michael Disco, and president of television Scott Nemes.

Three winners will be selected to join the AGBO Storytellers Collective, an alumni network of participants from other AGBO fellowship programs.

First place will receive a RED Komodo Starter Pack, a new GoPro action camera, a Surface Pro 9 from Microsoft, a copy of DaVinci Resolve Studio from Blackmagic Design, AGBO merchandise, and a Red Bull swag bag (Red Bull Records customizable U-Turn Turntable, custom speaker, a collection of vinyl from Red Bull Records, and Swell water bottle). Both runner-ups will receive a new camera from GoPro, a Surface Pro 9 from Microsoft, a copy of DaVinci Resolve Studio from Blackmagic Design, merchandise from AGO, and a swag bag from Red Bull.

AGBO’s “No Sleep ‘til Film Fest” in the past two years received over 1,400 submissions from over 60 countries. Last year’s winners included P E N directed by South Africa’s Waldo Levendal, Trade directed by Australia’s Joel Phillips, and Movie, The Film: A Motion Picture directed by Clay Lacey.
