Scream Final Trailer | Will The New Generation Survive?

Scream

This week is the release of the horror/slasher film Scream. In 1996 Wes Craven delivered a feature film that became an instant horror classic. The killer Ghostface is just as recognizable as any other horror icons including Freddy, Jason, and Michael Myers. Twenty-Six years later, Ghostface is back with a vengeance. Now he is looking to take out a new generation of teenagers that will re-open wounds in the town of Woodsboro.

Ahead of the release of Scream this week, Paramount Pictures has released a final trailer for the film. You can check it out down below!

What I enjoyed about this trailer for Scream was the distinction between the returning franchise veterans and some of the young new faces. It will be interesting to see how both groups approach the dangerous situation that the return of Ghostface brings to their town. Also being that this is such an iconic horror/slasher film, will it attempt to bring something new to the genre? We’ll see this weekend in theaters everywhere!

Need something to do while you wait for the release? How about attempting to survive the Scream House! This is an interactive, choose your own adventure 360 game that allows you to explore the original Scream house. It includes hidden Easter eggs and franchise trivia questions. The catch? Ghostface will be trying to kill you. Can you survive?
