For every Scream film, there are specific rules a horror film must abide by, whether it’s the original, sequel, or even a requel. Scream VI is no different than the others. Or is it?

In the next installment of the long-enduring franchise, our new heroes and survivors of Scream (Scream V) of Sam Carpenter (Melissa Barrera), Jenna Ortega (Tara Carpenter), Mindy Meeks-Martin (Jasmin Savoy Brown), and Chad Meeks-Martin (Mason Gooding) embark to the Big Apple to restart their lives.

The rest of the cast includes Hayden Panettiere (Kirby Reed), Courteney Cox (Gale Weathers), Jack Champion, Henry Czerny, Liana Liberato, Dermot Mulroney, Devyn Nekoda, Tony Revolori, Josh Segarra, Samara Weaving.

Matt Bettinelli-Olpin & Tyler Gillett directed the film from the screenplay by James Vanderbilt and Guy Busick on characters created by Kevin Williamson.
