The Boys Season 2 update? Just how far along is the sophomore Season and when might we get to see it? Read on for more details.
The Boys was one of those massive hits that seems to come out of nowhere and go on to dominate geekdom. I remember everyone raving about The Boys at first, but I was knee-deep watching something else at the time. I was therefore late starting The Boys, but once I did, I was hooked like everyone else.
With the Season 1 cliffhanger, fans knew that The Boys Season 2 was coming, but just how well is it coming along. With all the Coronavirus delays, showrunner Eric Kripke has given fans an update on The Boys Season 2. Check it out below.

So Kripke has been working away on The Boys Season 2 remotely. As Kripke says, there is still some VFX and sound work to do, but it sounds like the show is nearing a completed state. As for when we might see The Boys Season 2 arrive on Amazon Prime? Well, as you can see above, we don’t have any idea yet, however Kripke says an announcement about that will come soon. I’ll guess we will see The Boys hitting Amazon sometime in the Fall, just adding the jigsaw pieces together.
I can’t wait to see what is happening with Hughie, Vought, Homelander and the rest in Season 2. Let’s hope we get an announcement within the next few weeks. This time I’ll be making sure my schedule is clear from day one when The Boys Season 2 hits.
