Lost in all the chatter about DC’s BATMAN V SUPERMAN: DAWN OF JUSTICE and Marvel’s CAPTAIN AMERICA: CIVIL WAR is the fact that there’s another star-studded superhero epic coming out within the next three months. Yes, Fox has X-MEN: APOCALYPSE coming soon- a direct follow-up to the 2014 hit X-MEN: DAYS OF FUTURE PAST. The film is currently in post-production, and director Bryan Singer just dropped a quick clip from a day of pick-up shooting.
In the clip, which you can see below, Singer teases that the stuff they’re filming right now includes “rain, lightning, but…something ELSE…“
Feel free to speculate on what that “something else” is. Though, I think the writing is on the wall that this is a sequence that centers on Storm. What do YOU think?
X-MEN: APOCALYPSE comes out on May 27.
