Sophie Turner Wants In The MCU, As An Avenger

With reshoots and a feeling of uncertainty surrounding X-Men: Dark Phoenix, the film’s star, actress Sophie Turner was asked during a recent interview with Digital Spy which Avenger she would most like to meet.

“Ooh, that’s a good question. Which Marvel hero would I like to meet? Iron Man, probably, because he’s so badass. Or… oh, God, I don’t know. All of them. All would be pretty awesome. I don’t know. There’s so many. Just all of the Avengers, basically. I just want to be another Avenger”

Can’t really blame Turner for her choice, who wouldn’t want to hang out with Iron Man? He has awesome gadgets and tech, he would probably buy you lunch, and then in his own special way politely tell you to piss off, it would be awesome.

Seeing the X-Men team up with the Avengers is one of the biggest reasons most of us nerds want Disney to win the war for Fox. It gives Marvel more directions to explore at a time when their cinematic universe is changing, the timing is lining up quite nice actually. How soon these classic heroes will come home isn’t information we have at this time, but we learned earlier today that studio head Kevin Feige has only begun to think about the incorporating their newly acquired properties into the MCU.
