Spider-Man: Far From Home Runs At Just Over Two Hours

If you left Avengers: Endgame wholly satisfying but wishing it had a bathroom break halfway through, then I have good news for you: Spider-Man: Far From Home won’t be nearly as long. According to the British Board of Film Classification, the latest solo outing for Tom Holland’s Peter Parker will clock in at approximately 129 minutes, which, in human speak, equates to two hours and nine minutes. Assuming that includes credits, you’re looking at just north of two hours for the movie itself.

So how does this runtime compare to the others in the Marvel Cinematic Universe? Well, let’s have a gander at some of the more recent examples, ignoring the two Avengers movies, for obvious reasons. Captain Marvel was around 125 minutes, Ant-Man and the Wasp 125 minutes, Black Panther 135 minutes, Thor: Ragnarok 130 minutes, and finally, Spider-Man: Homecoming at around 133 minutes in length.

On the whole, this looks to be a pretty standard solo film outing, running a little shorter than its predecessor.

In case you’re wondering, this brings the grand total of the MCU films to 3,020 minutes — that’s well over fifty hours of content! If you truly want to watch all these movies before Spider-Man: Far From Home to get the whole Phase 1, 2, and 3 experience, you’d best get started now!
