Disclaimer: This post will contain spoilers regarding who will show up in next year’s Spider-Man: Far From Home.
Forget Avengers: Infinity War or Avengers 4 — the real team-up film coming from Marvel is actually going to be next year’s Spider-Man: Far From Home, which will be hitting theaters a couple short months after Avengers 4 on July 5, 2019. Because it will be the first film after Thanos is (presumably) taken down by our heroes, it seemed inevitable that it would be populated with a few supporting characters…but who would they be?
The two big ones we know about are Maria Hill and Nick Fury. Those two were confirmed some time ago after an actor outed the duo on Instagram (whoopsie), but they aren’t the only ones. One other long-standing supporting character that looks to return is none other than Happy Hogan. That’s right, Tony Stark’s security detail is poised to continue his cantankerous uncle relationship with Peter Parker, as indicated by a new set video.

I know, it’s really hard to make out at first. But if you keep watching that little area near the middle right of the screen (to the left of the giant silk), you’ll noticed a larger man in a suit. Then, later on in the video, you’ll see what looks to be Nick Fury walking towards the bottom left of the screen, with that larger man and smaller person following.
Call us crazy, but that “larger” man looks a hell of a lot like Happy Hogan, and I’ll eat my shoe if he isn’t talking to Peter in that scene. But what could the pair be talking about? A recently-deceased Tony Stark perhaps?
That’s my personal theory…but what’s yours? Let us know your thoughts down below!
