I finally got around to started The Clone Wars Season 7 the other day. With the various levels of lockdowns around the country and the world, as well as the uprising of the peculiar cult that I call the bathroom tissuists, the fact that the show was on Disney+ just slipped my mind.

I binged right on through, and after finishing episode 7.04, I exclaimed, “s**t!” when I realized I wasn’t watching the series on Netflix (another thing that slipped my mind). And would have to wait until Disney posted a new episode. One of the more iconic characters from the animated series, Ahsoka Tano, is set to return in the upcoming episode which will premiere this Friday.

Ahsoka is a character that needs to make the transition to live-action. Anakin’s padawan, who later dueled against his new identity in Darth Vader (being saved by Ezra Bridger via a time window in an episode of Star Wars Rebels)

While I am glad to have “Snips” back, I have to give a mention to The Bad Batch. What a badass group of clones. The throwaways, the rejects, who are probably one of the more efficient group of clones to be even loosely connected to the Emperor.

I’m sure I’m not alone in saying I would watch a Bad Batch spin-off series. The idea has to have been kicked around over at Lucasfilm, right? Perhaps there’s not enough there for an entire series, but hopefully, we haven’t seen the last of Hunter, Tech, Crosshair, Wrecker, and let’s not forget the newest addition to Clone Force 99, Echo.
