Now that Spider-Man: Far From Home has been released, there are only a couple films I would deem theater worthy in Joker and Quentin Tarantino’s Once Upon a Time in Hollywood (I could be forgetting something) between us and Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker.

Episode 9, as it is still called by some fans, has the daunting task of being the closing chapter is Disney’s sequel trilogy as well as the final installment to the Skywalker Saga, and hopes to unite all nine films in the series. Daisy Ridley who has starred as the trilogy’s heroine recently appeared on an episode of Couch Surfing Podcast and talked about her filming an emotional last scene. You can check out what she had to say below.

“I was the last person to wrap. It was my final shot and I’m just crying in the shot… It was incredibly dramatic.”

THis is of course understandable, Star Wars is a huge franchise and imagining the level of dedication involved and the emotion that comes with it, I would bet Ridley isn’t the only one to get choked up during their last scene. I sincerely hope J.J. Abrams can pull it off and restore the franchise to its former glory, at least in my eyes.
