What if Superman’s spaceship did not land in rural Kansas? But, it landed in the Soviet Union instead. That’s what Superman: Red Son will answer in a “what if” alternate universe.
From Warner Brothers Home Entertainment, Superman: Red Son adapted the DC’s Elseworlds comics for the popular DC Universe Movies.
This feature-length animated film takes place in an alternate reality of Superman becoming a hero of the Soviet Union with the United States as the adversary under the guidance of Lex Luthor.
Veteran actor Jason Isaacs voices the titled character of Superman for the first time after voicing various super-villains in the DC Library. He voiced Sinestro in Green Lantern: Emerald Knights, Lex Luthor in Justice League: Gods and Monsters, and Ra’s al Ghul in Batman: Under the Red Hood. He has appeared over 120 films and TV series, including the Harry Potter film franchise and Star Trek: Discovery.
