The Batman – It’s the Who And The Where That Makes Pattinson’s Batman Casting An Interesting Story

Pattinson On How Different Tonally The Batman Is And Sequel Teases

Casting Batman always brings some drama. However, the story of how a vampire became a bat isn’t something most people would be interested in, or even question. With movies and television, it’s just a thing that happens, and we all accept it. However, this story is about a sparkly vampire that became Batman and the interesting location and company he was in when he was told the news..

Robert Pattinson recently spoke with TotalFilm and told the story of how he landed a big role while on the set of a big film. You can check it out below.

“The morning of the first day. It was kind of insane. It was a very, very intense weekend. That was a crazy way to start Chris’ film. [laughs] I think I was doing the screen test, as well, on Saturday before I started.”

While I’m sure I don’t have to point out Pattinson landed the role of the Dark Knight, while on set with the director of, The Dark Knight. I said I didn’t have to, I didn’t say I wouldn’t. That’s a nice little factoid for today, don’t you think?

As usual, when news of Pattinson being cast as the Bat hit the news world, like clockwork, many fans expressed their doubt in his ability to play the Bat. I don’t care for the Twilight films, but I don’t hold them against Pattinson. I actually think he will make for an excellent Caped Crusader.
