The Boys Showrunner Eric Kripke Talks Season 2 | [Exclusive Interview]

When The Boys came to San Diego Comic Con last year for its big premiere you could tell it was going to be a big hit. With a gentleman like Eric Kripke as the show runner there was little for Amazon to be worried about giving a green light for a second season.

Eric Kripke’s resume is absolutely amazing and full of success.  He is responsible for shows like Revolution, Timeless, and the CW hit Supernatural. It was only natural that when he announced that he would be developing a new comic book series that Amazon came in to snatch up the deal.  The first and second season of The Boys has met with amazing reviews and success.

Eric and I had the opportunity to discuss The Boys via Zoom. I congratulated him on the announcement of season three before season two airing.  He spoke about the characters on the second season and Stormfront as the new Supe. We concluded the conversation talking about the big sea animal in the second season.
