I told you, folks that Josh Gad was on to something with his new podcast Reunited Apart. Next, Gad will bring us The Ghostbusters. He brings on original casts of some of cinema’s most beloved films. Previous cast reunions of The Goonies, Splash, Back to the Future, and Lord of the Rings.

The episodes are fun and full of nostalgia and the movies are great. It’s fun to reminisce about movies we love and that is just what this is, except the experience is enhanced by having the film’s cast there to discuss it with you. As you can see, the end of the promo confirms that Murray, Hudson, and Aykroyd will appear on the show. Unfortunately, Harold Ramis, who played Egon Spangler has left us.
One other name most of us would like to see is Rick Moranis, but that looks unlikely at this point. Unless he surprises us much the way Thomas Wilson did on the Back to the Future episode. As most of you already know, the Ghostbusters are planning to make their return to the screen next March.
