While most of the attention is currently focused on Aladdin and Disney’s other live-action remakes of their animated classics, it’s easy to forget that there’s another attraction based film on the way, Jungle Cruise.
The film recently completed reshoots and to commemorate the a job well done, Dwayne Johnson, who plays Captain Frank in the film, took to his Instagram account to give a shoutout to the cast and crew of the film. You can check out the post below.

I will surely check out this film when it becomes available on home platforms, I mean, I will watch most anything with the Rock in it, he’s just one of those actors for me, and it seems like he will fit nicely into this role.
Jungle Cruise will be the next film in a series based off popular attractions at Disney theme parks, following in the footsteps of Haunted Mansion, Tomorrowland, and of course Pirates of the Caribbean. Along with Dwayne Johnson the film also stars Emily Blunt as Lily Houghton who Johnson refers to as a “female Indiana Jones” in his post, as well as Jesse Plemons, and Jack Whitehall.
Jungle Cruise hits theaters July 24, 2020.
