Ahh The Gang. I’m sure all or most of you know who I am referring to, and if not you need to jump on Hulu and start binging It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia, because the trailer for the upcoming thirteenth season looks absolutely fantastic. Where to start? We see Charlie dressed as Kramer in what I hope is a Seinfeld parody episode, Mac finding a way to deal with an emptiness in his life, as well as Dee being set to leave her mark on the #metoo movement. As for Frank, who the hell knows what Frank has going on with the lemon juice and hot glue.

As far as we know the real Dennis Reynolds will return to the show, at what point remains to be seen, until then, sex doll Dennis will have to do. Also worth mentioning is the appearance of Mindy Kaling (The Office, The Mindy Project) who has been rumored to be joining the cast, and looks to be in at least one episode.

For me, Sunny in Philly is easily one of the best sitcoms of all time. Though the show’s quality may have dipped toward the middle of it’s run, I have thoroughly enjoyed the last few seasons, especially the most recent one.

It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia returns September 5 on FXX.
