The Trailer For Netflix’s Unsolved Mysteries Will Bring Back Memories Of Sleepless Nights

Growing up I had the living f**k scared out of me on a weekly basis by a show called Unsolved Mysteries. The series retold events of actual crimes, along with otherworldly happenings. The unforgettable voice of host Robert Stack is perhaps the most widely remembered aspect of the show. Many of the stories were scary enough on their own, but add in Stack’s voice and you’ll be terrified walking down a dark hallway of your own house.

Well, the show has returned. Its new home is on Netflix and while Robert Stack will surely be missed, the show seems as creepy as ever. 10/10, would not watch alone. You can check out the trailer below.

Sure, there had been similar shows, but I think it was how Unsolved Mysteries had stories of real crimes mixed in with the stories of the paranormal and unexplainable. To me, at least as a kid, it for some reason made it more credible. At that age, I wasn’t really interested in the true crime part of the show. I wanted to hear about the weird stuff, oftentimes regretting it later, wishing I had never heard all those details about the haunted house or alien abduction. However, that didn’t stop me from watching it every week.
