Thor’s goats and Meik? In mythology Thor has two immortal goats called Toothgnasher and Toothgrinder who pull his chariot. As you’d imagine these creatures have not yet made an appearance in the MCU version of Thor. However, that was before Taika Waititi got involved. As you will see from the latest round of set photos; once again by the Daily Mail and then shared on Twitter by Thor: Love and Thunder News, show two Asgardian looking goats. We also have a Meik stand in holding what appears to be a bug body. Remember Taika Waititi already said Meik would have a mechanical body in this movie.

Along the aforementioned Thor’s goats and Meik, we also have some more of that theatrical scene involving the events of Ragnarok. However, even better than some photos is a small video below. Here you will see Melissa McCarthy attempt to catch fake Thor’s hammer like Hela did in Ragnarok and drop it. Taika Waititi can be seen controlling what is going on. I never thoughts we’d see Thor’s goats make it into the MCU, but here we are. One assumes Thor will not have a whole movie where the beast pull his chariot along the stars. However it could still be a funny scene when Thor is in New Asgard and meets these weird looking goats.

I’m guessing the sheer quantity of these set photo’s will begin to dry up once the New Asgard scenes are finished. Once the real spoiler content starts to happen, I’m guessing things will move behind closed doors.
