Tom Delonge’s Strange Times To Be Adapted To Series By TBS

Any of you remember the band Blink-182? I thought so, they were quite popular for a while. More interestingly, at least for me, was the fact that one of the band members, Tom Delonge, was heavily into extraterrestrials and other supernatural phenomena.

Delonge left the band a few years ago, and has occupied his free time by writing. Now one of Delonge’s books, Strange Times, has been picked up by TBS to be made into a new series. The former lead singer turned author recently spoke with Variety and talked about his upcoming series. You can check out what he had to say below.

“This is a dream I’ve had for over 10 years and it’s finally a reality. All the stories and themes I work on are meant to be shared through multiple mediums and on different platforms — film, TV, books, music and so on. We hope to create something that could be described as sort of a “science fiction Disney,” where our entertainment franchises are worlds that are inspired and informed by our own next-generation science division.”

Delonge has appeared on many podcasts offering his input on the paranormal including Coast to Coast AM, and The Joe Rogan Experience.
