Before the legalization of marijuana, there was plenty of lawlessness and territorial protectionism when it came to marijuana farms a few years ago. For a group of young friends, they will learn the horrors of stealing these crops from a remote farm in Trim Season.
Here is the official synopsis:
Jobless and searching for purpose, a group of twenty-somethings from Los Angeles head up the coast to make quick cash trimming marijuana on a secluded farm in Northern California. Cut off from the rest of the world, they soon realize that the estate is harboring darker secrets than any of them could imagine, as they race against time to escape the dense woods with their lives.
The cast includes Bethlehem Million (Sick, And Just Like That…), Alex Essoe (The Pope’s Exorcist, Midnight Mass), Bex Taylor-Klaus (Voltron: Legendary Defender, The Last Witch Hunter), Jane Badler (2047: Virtual Revolution, V), Ally Ioannides (Synchronic, Into the Badlands), Juliette Kenn De Balinthazy (Evil), Ryan Donowho (Imaginary Heroes, Broken Flowers), Cory Hart (Fear the Walking Dead, Queen of the South), Marc Senter (The Lost, The Devil’s Carnival), and Paris Warner (Once I Was a Beehive, Not Cinderella’s Type).
