While the original Trolls film was the kind of movie that was easy to get cynical about, it turned out to be a fun little movie. It wouldn’t exactly win any awards, but not every movie out there has to be Pixar-level quality in order to justify its existence, and at the end of the day, it’s become a film I like to revisit whenever I’m in a bad mood.

As such, I had my eyes open when it became clear there’d be a sequel in the form of Trolls World Tour. I wasn’t too crazy about that first trailer, but today, DreamWorks has dropped a brand-new one for fans to glom onto. Check it out below:

Below is the official synopsis for Trolls World Tour:

“In an adventure that will take them well beyond what they’ve known before, Poppy (Kendrick) and Branch (Timberlake) discover that they are but one of six different Troll tribes scattered over six different lands and devoted to six different kinds of music: Funk, Country, Techno, Classical, Pop and Rock. Their world is about to get a lot bigger and a whole lot louder.”

On the whole, I think this trailer did a whole lot better at getting me interested, and on a personal level, that “drop” joke was golden. I used to live with a professional D.J., and I can always remember hearing him and his friends go nuts after the drop hit in some song. I still don’t get it, but whatever.
