According to leading Marvel insider Charles Murphy, there are up to 9 unannounced Marvel Disney+ shows being developed currently. Murphy’s Multiverse were covering a story that said Peter Cameron who was writer on WandaVision would be heading up a new project for Marvel Studios. (EDIT : This has been debunked by Cameron, more to follow). This was in addition to the news we reported yesterday that Marion Dayre was set to be a head writer on a new Marvel project.

However I had said in the story that so far we kinda have names attached to all the officially announced projects and therefore this must be for one of the unannounced Disney+ shows. Murphy goes on to say in his article that there are up to 9 unannounced Disney+ shows being developed currently. Murphy has IMO the best record in the industry for Marvel leaks right now, so I am sure his information is as up to date as it can be.

EDIT: Murphy has since said that there are 10 projects and lists many of the ones I have heard of from other outlets such as his.

Now, there was a certainty to the fact that Marvel Studios would be developing projects we currently don’t know about. To be fair there are probably more than 9 shows currently being worked on at some stage. However according to Murphy these are the only projects he has heard about, which is hardly surprising. So what are these upcoming possible shows? Murphy only mentions three that could potentially be coming. Those being Ghost Rider, Secret Warriors, and Nova. Saying that, anyone in this business knows how fast these things can change. From the language used it doesn’t sound like Murphy is certain these three will progress forward, yet.

We can add these to a few we kinda know about already, either from Murphy himself or other insiders. It seems like an Echo show is coming on the heels of Hawkeye. We also have a Loki Season 2 confirmed, and there have been tons of rumors of a Young Avengers show eventually as well.
