Some Wheel of Time Season 3 news folks as three new cast members have been revealed now that filming has wrapped. The information comes from WOTSeries, who claim to have gotten information on three actors who will appear in Season 3. For now there is no sign of which characters the actors may be playing. However, I might as well make some wild guesses?

‘WotSeries has uncovered three additional actors who were likely cast for season 3 of The Wheel of Time: Nukâka Coster-Waldau, Björn Landberg, and Synnøve Macody Lund. The roles of the three actors are not yet known.’

Now if the name Coster-Waldau sounds familiar in the world of fantasy TV, you’re not wrong. Nikolaj Coster-Waldau played Jamie Lannister for many years on Game of Thrones. Nukâka Coster-Waldau is the actress wife of Nikolaj. Which is kinda cool, though I’m guessing this won’t be a massive role in the series.

Realistically these three could be playing anyone in the show. Farm hand number 1, soldier number 5, etc. There is however one bit of information that made me think twice though about Björn Landberg, check it out.

‘Björn is a German actor, voice actor, and singer. Björn’s work includes a number of on-screen roles in German productions, dozens of voiceover credits, and a few musical albums. He started his career as Kevin Kraus before landing on his current professional name.’

The fact Björn has a musical career could be relevant if he was playing Asmodean? This is one for book readers only, no spoilers. However, we would expect Asmodean to show up in Season 3. If Asmodean shows up, we would probably expect him to be very musical. It may mean nothing at all, and I’m claiming nothing. This is pure guess work and I have no more information than what you read from the source outlet. Still, why not wildly speculate once in a while as long as your up front about it?
