With so much hype surrounding the upcoming episode of The Mandalorian it is safe to say that there are some things we will be geeking out over.  Of course the main focus will be when the reveal of Ahsoka Tano will happen and how exciting that will be.  Fans of the two animated series of Star Wars will be ecstatic to see the former padawan to Anakin Skywalker join the new series.  Over the past two weeks since Bo-Katan mentions her name fans have been theorizing as to what Ahsoka has been doing and what else will be in store for us.  There is one character though that has been with Jedi outcast for quite some time that I hope that will make at least a cameo in the upcoming episode.

That character of course is Morai, the female convor that has been linked to Ahsoka since season three of The Clone Wars. The special creature originally had spiritual ties to the Daughter from Mortis. It was believed that the convor was a manifestation of the Daughter herself in another form.  Morai became attached to Ahsoka when the Daughter transferred her life essence into Ahsoka to save her live.  Since that episode of The Clone Wars the special convor showed up throughout Ahsoka’s life watching over her.

The last time we saw Ahsoka was in Rebels when Ezra saved her from being killed by Vader and pulled her into the World Between Worlds. When there Morai appears with Ahsoka and follows her back into the portal where she watches Ahsoka go into the Sith Temple and an injured Vader is going back to his ship.

Morai has played a pivotal part in Ahsoka’s life that it would be amazing to see the creature appear at some point in the upcoming episode.  This might be a small cameo for most fans but for this Star Wars fan it would be something special.
