The latest Barside Buzz is that Wolverine will wear his classic suit in Deadpool 3. Specifically, the yellow and blue suit. Deadpool 3 (title may change) is currently filming and therefore we’eve had some set photos. So far there are none of Hugh Jackman in costume, so it’s not like this information has been confirmed. However, one leaker says it’s good news for fans who have wanted to see Jackman in the full Wolverine costume, something we never got to see in the Fox movies.
CWGST has posted on Instagram, here is what they said.
“Now that Deadpool 3 set photos are making their way online, I figured I could share this fun piece of news. It’s been LONG overdue, but we’re finally getting the Wolverine we’ve always wanted (blue and yellow circles).”
Personally I prefer the brown and yellow one, like the one that was teased in the fox movies but never used. However, I’m not completely against the blue and yellow design, I’m just not sure it fits in live-action. For comparison the header image is the classic blue and yellow and below is the brown and yellow design I prefer.

I also ave to say though I never minded Logan not really having his suit in the Fox movies. I’m still not sure his helmet design will work in live-action whatever the color. Jackman always managed to look like a bad ass without the get up. I certainly preferred normal clothes Wolverine to the weird black sex suits that was Bryan Singer’s fantasy. But that’s perhaps just me?
Because this is a Deadpool movie though, and we expect it to be a bit out there and comedic, maybe this is the one place they can make it work. What if Deadpool just constantly makes fun of Logan’s silly costume? You just never quite know what we are going to get from a Deadpool movie, but it’s R – rated so they can pretty much shoot for the moon.
