Fans of the animated DC series Young Justice had to wait almost five years between the end of the second season and the beginning of the third season Young Justice: Outsiders. With the success of the third season, we have now once again been waiting patiently for any news about a fourth season.

The second day of DC FanDome: Explore the Multiverse, featured a Young Justice panel in the WatchVerse section. This presentation featured executive producers Greg Weisman and Brandon Vietti. Along with voice cast members including Jason Spisak, Khary Payton, Stephanie Lemelin, Nolan North, Denise Boutte, Danica McKeller, and Crispin Freeman. They treated viewers with an original radio play titled, Young Justice: FanDome. Season 3.9. Episode 1. “The Prize”. This was written by Weisman.

This performance gave us an early look at what is to come in events in the fourth season. A season that the executive producers confirmed would be titled, Young Justice: Phantoms. Along with that DC also released a first look at the logo that you can see below!

The first two seasons of Young Justice aired on Cartoon Network. The series was then canceled because of bad toy sales. The two seasons then moved to Netflix, where it got high viewership and rating. The third season of the series was featured on the DC Universe streaming service. I am curious about where this next season will air as DC Universe is losing all it’s series to The CW and HBO Max.

It’s a very high-quality animated series that if you haven’t seen, I highly recommend. I am excited at the thought of it moving somewhere other than the DC Universe so that it could get better exposure. I’ve heard of so many more people enjoying Harley Quinn now that it’s available on HBO Max.
