Another Skeleton Crew Director Revealed In Jake Schreier | Barside Buzz

We have a release window as Star Wars: Skeleton Crew premiere's this Christmas and also features both matte paintings and stop-motion.

We may have another Skeleton Crew director revealed in Jake Schreier. That’s the latest Barside Buzz about the upcoming Star Wars series. The information comes from One Take News. They were the first to revealed the Daniels were directing an episode, later confirmed by trades. Also last week the outlet claimed they had another director name, David Lowery. You can catch that in the related section below.

‘Jake Schreier, the man who’s helming Thunderbolts for Marvel Studios, is the latest director to join Star Wars: Skeleton Crew, multiple sources tell One Take News.’

‘Lucasfilm declined to comment.’

What we cannot say for certain right now is whether these names directors tackled only an episode each. If that was the case then we are likely still missing several names on that roster. Of course, any of these directors could have helmed multiple episodes and for all we know, series creator Jon Watts also took the chair?

Outside of the Daniels, which was conformed by trades, this remains a rumor for now. However I’m guessing this is legit news.

Skeleton Crew has already wrapped, so now we await the release, currently expected to be be sometime in late 2023. What do you think as we may have another Skeleton Crew director revealed in Jake Schreier? Leave your thoughts on the latest Star Wars Barside Buzz in the usual spot below.
