Could TEEN TITANS Finally Be Coming To TV!

On January 1, 2017 Geoff Johns made a couple of announcements with the most intriguing being his last.  Geoff listed off all the current DC TV shows that are currently on air with Arrow, Flash, Supergirl, Legends of Tomorrow, Lucifer, and Gotham with an announcement that there are many more on the way.  He even said that one will be announced soon.

This got me thinking of what shows and properties could Geoff Johns and DC possibly be working on right now.  With the current properties on television and films that DC has tied up there leaves only a select few that could be used that would attract viewers.  The property that comes to mind that fans have wanted for a while is a live version of Teen Titans.  Two years ago a Teens Titans show was in pre-production and was supposed to be aired on TNT but scheduling and production cost caused it to never come together.

Teen Titans has had success on the cartoon level with Teen Titans Go and Young Justice and talks of a live television show has come up over the years.  With The CW mainly focusing their shows to a younger audience creating a Teen Titans show seems like a logical decision.  With the success of the current DC TV shows leads me to believe that we are getting closer to a weekly television series.

What do you all think?  What other DC properties would you all want produced as a television series? Am I crazy for still hoping that a live action Teen Titans show could come to fruition?
