LRM Online’s Gig Patta caught up with director and writer David Cronenberg on the NEON Pictures red carpet at CinemaCon 2022. We discussed the taking years for Crimes of the Future to come to screen and the technological changes to make his special effects easier on production.
David Cronenberg is a well-known master of horror films. He first gained significant popularity with the head-exploding film Scanners back in 1981. He followed up with cult-following films with Videodrome in 1983, 1983’s The Dead Zone, and 1986’s The Fly. His provocative film Crash in 1996 opened to audiences with controversy and discussion.
