Gotham’s Jeremiah Is Looking More Joker Like In New Photo

Sean Pertwee, who plays perhaps the most badass Alfred Pennyworth fans have seen on screen (that may change when the series centered around the character is released shared) shared a photo of himself, along with fellow Gotham actors, David Mazouz and Cameron Monaghan to his Instagram account. For some reason, Pertwee’s post has been taken down or deleted, but thankfully actor Thomas Calderone, who played a GCPD officer on the show during the first two seasons, also shared it to his Twitter account. Of course, what is most interesting in this photo is that Monaghan’s Jeremiah Valeska character has the Joker’s trademark green hair. noteworthy worthy because not long ago in an interview Monaghan spoke about how the show wasn’t allowed to call his character the Joker, nor were they allowed to make his character’s hair green.

Apparently, DC doesn’t like to have the same character portrayed on the big screen and the small screen at the same time. Why? Who knows, I stopped questioning DC’s actions long ago, but perhaps they’ve had a change of heart about that policy and maybe Jeremiah will actually be the Joker for the final season of Gotham, which is expected to premiere next March.
