For a psychic who can see the future, she certainly needs guidance from people around her in Hulu’s Maggie. Kerri Kenney-Silver and Ray Ford star in this comedic series as guiding hands as mother and psychic respectively.

In this lovable series, the young psychic woman tries to help others while struggling to grasp her own romantic future.

The series regulars included Rebecca Rittenhouse, David Del Rio, Nichole Sakura, Leonardo Nam, Angelique Cabral, Chloe Bridges, and Chris Elliot.

Here is the official synopsis:

Dating is hard enough—it’s even harder when you also happen to be a psychic. Maggie’s gift allows her to see into the future of her friends, parents, clients, and random people on the street. But when she begins to see glimpses of her own destiny after meeting an unexpected stranger, her romantic life suddenly gets a lot more complicated. Can you let yourself fall in love when you think you know how it ends? She probably should have seen this coming…..

LRM Online’s Gig Patta chatted with actors Kerri Kenney-Silver and Ray Ford. Kenny-Silver plays the independent-minded mother to Maggie, while Ford portrays the mentor with similar psychic powers.

Kerri Kenney-Silver is best known for portraying Trudy Wiegel on the mockumentary series Reno 911!. Also, she was part of the sketch comedy crew of MTV’s The Slate. Other recurring roles included Superstore, 2 Broke Girls, Love, and The Ellen Show.

Ray Ford played Luther Wilson for two seasons in Don’t Trust the B—– in Apartment 23. For fourteen years, he played Ray the Paramedic in the long-running series Grey’s Anatomy. Other credits included Fresh Off the Boat and The Real O’Neals.

Maggie season one premieres in its entirety tomorrow, July 6, on Hulu.
