Director James Gun is one of the few who have worked with both Marvel and DC. Having brought Marvel fans two very successful Guardians of the Galaxy films, Gunn is currently working on a sort of reboot of 2016’s Suicide Squad, which is titled The Suicide Squad. Not much is know about the film as far as where the story is going, but Gunn had some interesting things to say regarding the killiability of characters.
As you can read below, Gunn says he was able to do as he pleased with characters, meaning kill them off if he chose to do so. You can check out the tweet right uner this sentence..

That’s interesting, it seems as if some big names are on the chopping block. However, that doesn’t mean they’ll get chopped. Though it does add some excitement to the upcoming film.

Being a huge fan of what Gunn did over at Marvel I am very ngerested to see what he can do with The Suicide Squad, as I was not a fan of the 2016 film. It just seemed cluttered and without a path to follow.
As most of you know Gunn was fired from the Guardians franchise after old tweets that were deemed offensive resurfaced. He was eventually hired back to bring us a third Guardians film.
