Beginning in 1989 with a cameo in The Trial of the Incredible Hulk and most recently making an appearance in Spider-Man: Homecoming, Lee has shown up in nearly every Marvel movie over the 30 year span.

My current favorite of his cameos is when he appeared as the D.J. in Deadpool. Lee has also been a FedEx delivery man, a beauty pageant judge, a World War II veteran, and a bartender. Lee has also portrayed famous celebrities such as Hugh Hefner and Larry King.

This has been a great way for the cinematic universe to pay homage to the man who created many Marvel characters. Lee started as an assistant at Timely Comics, working his way up and eventually becoming a huge part of the Marvel revolution of the 1950s.

I can’t wait to see Lee’s cameo in the upcoming Avengers: Infinity War.
