Mr. Mercedes has found a new home.
The critically acclaimed television series based on the Stephen King books found a new home with the Peacock streaming service. The mystery drama showcased on the Audience network channel for three seasons before its cancellation. Peacock revived the series by streaming the first two seasons on its platform with the third season to be released at a later date.
The crime drama follows a retired police officer Bill Hodges, continuously haunted by the unsolved case of “Mr. Mercedes.” Mr. Mercedes was a mass murder event when someone stole a Mercedes vehicle and ran over job seekers at a job fair—murdering sixteen people. A psychopath Brady Hartsfield emerges in taunting Hodges in an online cat-and-mouse game, which he intends to leave a permanent mark on the world.
The series star Brendan Gleeson, Harry Treadaway, Holland Taylor, Justine Lupe, Jharrel Jerome, and Breeda Wool.

LRM Online’s Gig Patta spoke with actor Maximiliano Hernandez, who plays assistant district attorney Antonio Montez. Introduced in season two of Mr. Mercedes, he is hellbent on bringing justice only for his higher ambitions.
Hernandez is a native Brooklyn of Honduran descent. Earlier in his career, he appeared in episodes of Law & Order, 24, Numbers, and the films of Hotel for Dogs, Pride and Glory, and Warrior. Later, he played agent Jasper Sitwell that made multiple appearances in Marvel Universe film franchise, including Thor, The Avengers, Captain America: The Winter Soldier, and even for the Marvel television series Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. In 2013, he appeared in the premiere season of The Americans as Chris Amador, an FBI agent. Most recently, he played Mr. Robineau in Disney+’s romantic drama Stargirl.
Mr. Mercedes streams on the Peacock service starting today.
