Michelle Pfeiffer Would Return As Catwoman In Flash Movie

Both of the big comics studios will reportedly have older versions of famous characters making appearances in upcoming films. Lots of talk about some of the previous Sider-Man becoming part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, as well as some fan-favorite villains. On the DC side, the Flash movie is said to be bringing back the first big-screen Batman in Michael Keaton.

Actress Michelle Pfeiffer, who starred as Catwoman alongside Keaton in his second film as the Caped Crusader, Batman Returns, was recently asked if she would be up for reprising her role. You can check out what she said while speaking with Screen Rant below.

“I would if anyone asked me but no one’s asked me yet.”

I say sure, if it can be fi into the story, bring her back. While there was nothing particularly wrong with Anne Hathaway’s Catwoman in The Dark Knight Rises, I do prefer Pfeiffer’s version. Her Catwoman is one of the only things I like about Batman Returns.

I hope we do get to see some of these past versions return in both the MCU and whatever it is exactly that DC has planned for Flash. If done correctly it would give older viewers a touch of nostalgia while providing younger ones a bit of a cinematic history lesson through entertainment.
