More Jedi: Fallen Order games coming from EA according to the company’s earnings call yesterday. Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order was a big hit amongst both critics and fans and rumors of sequels have been around for a while. However, as you will see in the social media post below, form someone who listened to the earnings call, there is now confirmation that the franchise will continue.
EA Conference Call:
– Mass Effect Legendary Edition performed well above expectations.
– Will continue to invest in the Jedi Fallen Order franchise
– Battlefield 2042 was the most discussed new game during June. Trailers received 210m views across all channels.

Now, continue to invest could mean a multitude of possible projects, not all new games. However a month ago insider Jordan Maison rana report saying that multiple new Jedi: Fallen Order games were coming. Check it out.

Given that I know Jordan has inside Lucasfilm knowledge I see this is a confirmation of his story. It seems like EA has finally realized they need to make more Jedi: Fallen Order games. I must also confess that so far I have not yet played this game myself. I own the game, well, I bought it for my son and we share a home network, so that means I have it too. Though, from my point of view, watching a little gameplay, it reminded me too much of the Force Unleashed games. Though I am told reliably by many that Jedi: Fallen Order is far superior to those games, which I didn’t care for. I really need to get round to it before any new games come out.

Right now the piece of information we are lacking is timelines. Is this EA just deciding to start developing sequels? Or, are they simply letting their investors know those are already on the way? One would assume if Jordan was hearing rumors from his contacts that at least a team has been out together internally. I’m guessing, and I may be wrong, that Jordan doesn’t have sources inside EA, but we know he does in Lucasfilm. I’m therefore guessing its through Lucasfilm he has been hearing about these sequels.
