WandaVision is intriguing me greatly, we already know that the events of this Disney+ show will have a direct impact going into Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, and we have even heard rumor that Strange himself may show up in WandaVision at some point.
Today we have another possible clue to WandaVision courtesy of scooper Charles Murphy, who tracked down a social media post from an actress claiming she had been cast in WandaVision. The actress Sheila Knox posted that she was having to cut her holiday short to go meet up and start filming on the Disney+ show. Then, later on, she posted the following update simply saying, Doomstadt! In Helen!
The ‘Helen’ she could be referring to is the town of Helen in Georgia, which to be fair, does look a hell of a lot like Doomstadt from the comics, the birthplace of one Victor Von Doom. Is it possible that even if it does not introduce Doom, that WandaVision will at least introduce Latveria, the fictional homeland of Doom? What about something that connects with Doom’s mother Cynthia Von Doom, a known sorceress. This would line up with rumors that the show will also explore the backstory of Agatha Harkness, another sorceress.
Currently, no one has yet been able to confirm whether this Sheila Knox really is in WandaVision, and that would be paramount as to whether we can believe this rumor. Perhaps we will get some confirmation on this either way once the holiday season is over, in the meantime, we have to take this with a hefty dose of salt.
