As per an announcement from Disney+, the She-Hulk release day changes to Thursdays. There is no stated reason for this change. I’m sure you are already aware that most new Marvel and Star Wars series have dropped on a Wednesday since Loki first began that practice.
My guess, is that since She-Hulk: Attorney at Law will overlap with Andor that they are separating the two shows by one day. This is likely designed to ensure that both shows will receive adequate press coverage from the likes of us here at LRM. For example, we can record the Andor reviews for The Cantina on a Wednesday evening and the reviews for She-Hulk on a Thursday evening for MMM.
Marvel Studios' #SheHulk: Attorney at Law, a nine-episode Original series, has a new premiere date of August 18 with episodes every 🚨THURSDAY🚨 on #DisneyPlus!#TCA22

I could be wrong on the reasoning, but if so, I can think of no better alternative? Enlighten me in the comments if you have a better idea.

She-Hulk: Attorney at Law now begins on Thursday, August 18 and runs for 9 episodes. That means the finale should fall on October 13. Andor premieres Wednesday, September 21, with a three-episode premiere. Andor Season 1 is 12 episodes long. That means the finale should be on November, 23. That’s a bigger crossover period than we usually see I suppose.
Interestingly the last time Disney did have crossover between Marvel and Star Wars was between Ms. Marvel and Obi-Wan Kenobi. Kenobi‘s finale was June 22 and Ms. Marvel‘s premiere was June 8th. I don’t know, but perhaps something in Disney’s analysis led them to believe this was a bad move for one, or both shows?
I personally have zero complaints with this change in strategy. However what do you think about the news the She-Hulk release day changes to Thursdays? Leave any thoughts below, or on Discord.
