Star Wars: The High Republic Adventures is a new series set in that far away galaxy we all know and love. The story takes place 200 tears before the events of The Phantom Menace, in the prime ogf the Jedi. While the series features several interesting new characters, there will be at least one familiar face. A new comic book under the High Republic banner will feature Jedi Master Yoda.
The High Republic Adventures writer Daniel José Older recently spoke with CBR and talked about this younger version of Yoda is more of an out in the field type Jedi. You can check out what he had to say below.
“This is Yoda out in the world, a journeyman who isn’t tethered to one place. He’s always been passionate about raising up the next generation of Jedi, and here we get to see him doing just that in real-world scenarios, not a stuffy classroom. It’s basically like having Yoda chaperoning you on the coolest galactic field trip ever.”

Yoda’s History
Again, I have loved all the news about The High Republic Adventures series, I just wish they were headed for the screen, little, big, either one would be fine. Master Yoda of backstory, perhaps the least of any of the major Star Wars characters. This was due to it being off-limits by decree of George Lucas. Wookieepedia Yoda’s species is called Yoda’s species. And Yoda’s planet is referred to as Yoda’s homeworld. However, the official StarWars.com lists his species as unknown and has no listing for his home planet.
Perhaps more of his backstory will b revealed in Star Wars: The High Republic Adventures. While many fans wouod rather the past of the Jedi Master remain a mystery. I want to know everything
