If you’re a fan of the CW’s long-running series, Supernatural, then you probably watched the recent episode where the Winchester brothers found themselves inside an episode of the classic cartoon, Scooby-Doo!. The Crossover episode was extremely well done, given the nature of the show it wasn’t difficult to put Sam and Dean Winchester into an animated world.
Another proposed crossover for Supernatural is with fellow CW show, Arrow. Stephen Amell, who plays Oliver Queen on the show has been on a mission for some time to get the episode made. Amell continued his campaign via his Twitter account, posting a photo with Jensen Ackles, who plays Dean Winchester on Supernatural, with the caption, “It’s the crossover we deserve.” You can check out the post below

Why would the Winchesters be in Starling City? That may be one of the reasons the episode hasn’t been made yet, but if they really wanted to make it happen, I’m sure it could be worked out. Supernatural and Scooby-Doo! shared some common elements, monster hunting, and mysteries, which is a big reason the crossover worked so well. Arrow and Supernatural are very different shows, and it may be more difficult to blend the aspects of the two shows.
I think a much more natural crossover would be between Supernatural and The X-Files.
