New Barside Buzz claims that actress Sydney Chandler has landed a voice role in the DCU for Creature Commandos Season 2. The information comes from Jeff Sneider in his latest The Insneider newsletter and it potentially has some interesting connotations if true.
According to Sneider, Chandler will provide the voice of Nosferata in Season 2 of Creature Commandos. The immortal vampire made a brief appearance in the season 1 finale as a new member of the team.
What is so interesting is that Chandler was one of the names trades say was in the final running for the role Adria Arjona just won for Man of Tomorrow. Sneider and other insiders are starting to wonder if these were all actually testing for different roles. Which could mean Maxima is just a code for several roles. Now of course, given current speculation, that’s going to give fans more ammunition in the Arjona is Wonder Woman theories.

Sneider wonders if “Chandler’s casting in Creature Commandos exposes the ‘Maxima’ testing as a ruse of sorts.” One of his sources also told him there was no f***** way that Arjona has been cast as Maxima.

It is also possible that they were all up for Maxima and Arjona won, but Gunn offered Chandler this voice role and she accepted. That’s if this rumor is true to begin with, but Sneider has a good hit rate. Not as good with DC as Marvel or Star Wars, but still decent.
I have a feeling there’s more to this one than meets the eye initially. But hey, I’m just interpreting what you read here and in the related article above.
What do you think of this rumor that Sydney Chandler has landed a voice role in Creature Commandos Season 2? Thoughts below.
