Latest The Flash set photos show Keaton, Supergirl, Iris West and Miller’s Barry Allen. The images appear to be from a scene filmed outside a courtroom. Is it possible these are from the end of the movie after Barry frees his father from Jail? If so, this could mean the people we see here, including Supergirl will remain in the DCEU going forward? There were rumors that Michael Keaton would take over as Bruce Wayne in the DCEU post-The Flash and somehow replace the Ben Affleck version. Can we also assume that Henry Cavill has been replaced by Sasha Calle? Has Superman become Supergirl, or Super Woman?
Alternatively this could be a scene set within the messed up timeline that Barry creates, before he is able to rectify things. It’s hard to know exactly how The Flash will play out because it’s now no longer based solely upon Flashpoint. There are a number of rumors that this movie will be full of cameos. However one wonders if the entire DCEU will essentially be rebooted after the close of this movie?

The Flash is set to be released on November 4, 2022. That’s a long time to wait for the movie. I also wonder whether Aquaman 2, or WW3 will be affected by The Flash? Will those characters carry on in their own timeline, Universe, or will the changes made in The Flash have an effect on how those movies play out?
Genuinely no idea, and that makes me kinda hyped for The Flash in a way I have not been for many DCEU properties historically. Now I’m hyped for The Batman, because I’m always a sucker for the Bat in his own pocket Universe. However add to that The Flash, and James Gunn’s The Suicide Squad and suddenly DC has my interest. I just hope the movies are worth the hype?
