Jack’s work as a dialect coach saw him involved with some of the very biggest blockbuster movies. The Lord of the Rings trilogy, Thor: Ragnarok, Avengers: Infinity War, and Endgame to name but a few. Sadly Jack was currently working on The Batman with director Matt Reeves. Here is Reeves’ sad reaction to the news of Jack’s passing.

Andrew Jack is not the first in the industry to be lost to this deadly virus, and sadly he won’t be the last. It may suck for us fans to have no movies currently in production, but the risk to the industry is the talent. To protect that talent, and to protect ourselves, the best thing we can do is follow advice. Let’s hope if we do follow advice, we can get through this with the minimum of casualties. At this sad time, the thoughts of LRM go out to Jack’s family and friends.
