Watch: Star Wars: The Last Jedi Throne Room Scene in 16-Bit! [SPOILERS]

The above video contains SPOILERS for one of the most spoiler-y scenes in Star Wars: The Last Jedi. Watch at your own risk!

Mr. Sunday Movies has done it again!

Last month, the YouTuber and podcaster released a 16-bit rendition of the final fight between Kylo Ren and Luke Skywalker that perfectly captured the feel of the Super Star Wars video games I played as a child on my Super Nintendo. I owned all of those suckas and played them to death, but never made it far in Super Star Wars because there was no save or password feature… and I could never get past the final level of Super Return of the Jedi because I suck at video games, apparently (or at least, I did as a child).

But this time, I don’t have to be able to beat the level to enjoy the 16-bit recreation of my favorite scene from Star Wars: The Last Jedi. All the dialogue and details you loved (or hated) are there, including a Wilhelm scream!

Now, if only we could get Super Force Awakens and Super The Last Jedi made into playable realities, but with Nintendo not including even the original three Super Star Wars games on their brilliant Super Nintendo Classic, it ain’t gonna happen, kid.

Isn’t that video rad? I feel like current Star Wars games are missing something captured in the video… charm, maybe? Anyway, let us know what you think about the video in the comment section below!
